Refund policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases online via www.abbyrosecollective.com.au 

Returns and Refunds 

Any request must be put by email to help@abbyrosecollective.com.au within five days of receipt of goods. In the email request, state the order number and include photos if appropriate to the request. 

Refund or returns will be approved solely at the discretion of Abby Rose Collective. 

Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method. E.g. your credit card, Pay Pal etc. 
 

We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind. 
If you wish to cancel your order, which is only approved at our discretion, a restocking fee of 20% will apply to cover reasonable costs associated with the time taken to manage the cancellation, bank fees, Shopify fees and related expenses. 

 

Refund in the event of order limit breach.

If a person orders more than is the permitted quantity for an item, we reserve the right to cancel all orders. In this instance, the refund will be what has been paid less reasonable costs associated with managing the cancellation up to 20% as noted above: bank fees, Shopify fees and related. Repeated breaches of an order limit will take the full 20% restocking fee.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
 
Unless item is defective, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
