Shipping policy
Abby Rose Collective is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Unless otherwise indicated all products listed on our website are in-stock and ready to ship from our bricks and mortar store in Berri South Australia.
We make every effort to make ensure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
We aim to ship your orders within 1-2 days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) Unless marked, out of stock or Pre-Order.
Standard shipping for orders under $150 (excludes mint coins and some oversized products) will be charged at a flat rate of $15.00. Express shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $20.00. Options for signature on delivery available at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (offer excludes Mint Coins and some trading cards)
- For an additional layer of security and proof of delivery, signature on delivery is available for an extra $2.95
- Bulky or fragile items are for Click & Collect only and will be noted accordingly
- Mint Coins are excluded from the free shipping offer and will require a signature on delivery. Standard $17.95 and Express $22.95
- Some Trading Cards are excluded from the free shipping offer. Standard $15.00 and Express $20.00
Abby Rose Collective ships products Australia wide only using Australia Post Tracked parcel post. Standard Australia Post delivery can take approximately 5-7 business days, Express delivery can take approximately 2-7 days. Tracking details will be provided via email once dispatched.
At this stage we do not ship internationally
We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they leave our premises. If your parcel cannot be delivered to a secure location, opt in for signature on delivery, this will add another layer of protection.
